Common rules and guidelines

1. Primarily, this forum caters to the safe discussion and exchange of content revolving around individuals ranging from 0 to 17 years of age. Valuing diversity, we encourage participation from people hailing from diverse backgrounds, encompassing linguistic, cultural, religious, ethnic, and gender identifications. Let us avoid debates surrounding politically, religiously, or otherwise divisive topics that may lead to conflicts.
2. Our objective is to foster empathy and understanding towards individuals whose identities may be marginalized due to societal stigma. We want our attitude towards minors to be recognized.
3. Be considerate and helpful in your responses to fellow members, remembering that everyone has different levels of experience and knowledge.
4. Protect your and others’ privacy by not sharing personal information such as full name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address, social media handles, and messaging app usernames.
   In case someone appears to pose a threat to self or others, kindly report them.
5. Before participating in specific areas of the forum, ensure you have the necessary skills or knowledge to avoid potential hazards. Always use caution and prioritize your own safety.
6. All scripts must be sent to Staff for review. If your script gets approved, it may be subject to further review and revisions during its stay in the forum.
7. The forum strictly prohibits advertising, trading, or selling activities. Likewise, external websites engaged in such practices are also not allowed.

Posting

1. Meaningful contributions: Avoid posting off-topic messages, spam, or nonsense. These posts will be removed or disapproved. If your post is removed, you will receive a private message from staff, possibly with a warning.
2. Languages: Use English in all sections unless specifically dedicated to another language. Utilize translation tools when necessary. Content in languages that the moderators cannot comprehend will be removed.
3. External sites: Do not discuss or link to any sites who spread hurtcore or blackmail content.
4. Fictional content: AI generated content and art follow the same rules as real content when it comes to the children, it is encouraged to post fictional content (especially AI content) at xDArt forum instead. Stories should not involve excessive violence towards children.
5. Thanking posters: For expressing gratitude, use the 'thumbs-up' feature instead of writing 'thank you' in a separate post.
6. Broken links: Report broken links through private messages, rather than creating a new post.
7. Uploading files: Pack your own files using your own password when creating new posts. When re-uploading or mirroring files within an existing topic, it is acceptable to use the original archive or password provided by the original poster.
8. Allowed content
   1. Content should involve individuals within the age range of 0 to 17.
   2. Posts which contain archives must use the 7z or RAR format and the archive must be password protected. ZIP files are not allowed. The post should also contain a preview.
   3. Links must function with the Tor Browser set to its "Safest" mode. No JavaScript or registration requirements should be needed. If downloading requires special steps, the user who is posting the link is responsible for providing download instructions in their post. To make life easier for posters we provide a few BBCode buttons which you may use in place of a tutorial here.
   4. AI model files must be in the .safetensors format.
9. Disallowed content
   1. Hurtcore
   2. Drugging
   3. Blackmail
   4. Content that puts individuals at risk of harm or exposes them to physical danger
   5. File types that could potentially damage users' devices (e.g., executables, malicious PDFs, or office documents.)

Until the new rules are available I had to make an emergency change to the NK2 rules.
The change was related to the fictional content which went from not having any guidelines or limits to following the NK2 rules for real content when it comes to the children.
Stories involving topics like murder, rape, trafficking of children will no longer be allowed.
AI generated/drawn content follow similar rules as real content when it comes to the children.


This change had to be carried about because a few staff and external parties did not agree with the past rules regarding fictional content and requested that something is done about it. NK2 which should maintain a position of being the the most "child love" place around have to take action straight away when a larger push is made to change it.
